Beside all traditional functions sites usually offer, our new page has a press area where everyona can download the Biography, Logos and other stuff needed for reviews and concerts. The page will be fully functional via mobile. It is also linked to the most important social networks these days to keep you well updated without bothering you with newsletters and stuff. (but it´s available too of course)

News of the new album!

Hi my friends, this is Vast again and I´m here to give you the most important and probably most interesting facts of our new Studioalbum. As of course the the title. It actually was the first thing we decided for that album.
Named “ONWARD ANGUISHES”. Not telling you that much of the story yet, but what I can tell you is that this will be about two brothers growing up.
We accompany them from their early youth to the dire straits of their lives and give you a whole new level of storytelling in the new songs.
Some of you already perceived that this is going to be another concept- album, but that was obvious anyways, wasn´t it?`

Some other fact you might wanna know: The artwork will be made by Eclipse media, who also did Susanna Lies In Ashes.
We are going to record it in our Label intern Noisehead Studios.

All the same so far, here the things that changed: We will not make another instrumental track on ONWARD ANGUISHES, but there will be another ballad track, which brings me to Simon will be singing on this CD, meaning that besides the growling and screech stuff we know from Susanna, I added various clean voice parts, which hopefully most of you guys like.
We did the expected, and speeded up the speed parts, we slowed the down tempo stuff, and valorized every element we used earlier.

But most important change surely is our new band member Dominic Steffan. He adds a many new moods to the songwriting and is the main reason why this album will NOT sound anything like Susanna Lies In Ashes. But don´t alarm here, this will all still sounds like Relinquished. Hard to believe?
Can understand that. But we´re not willed to disappoint any of you so believe that we are into the new songwriting and give you a complete new Relinquished with all the old sympathies and the elements you like in the first place.
